I have used this shop on a number of occasions and always been impressed by the team, Cedric and Rob. They are both clearly very knowledgable and give excellent advice. The last job was a replacement Shimano 105 Groupset for my daughter's bike. This was done at a very reasonable price and they did a great job. Definitely recommend them.

Russell Berry, What you read on this page can only be considered 'libellous' when proven false, beyond all reasonable doubt, and thus far you have not achieved that. Claiming that he is not always popular simply because he "stands firm on the CWT rules and principles" is preposterous and the fact that you have swept aside negative comments about the school in a single line may say much for it's culture. Where is this "written and photographic proof"? You claim that your teaching is "realistic", yet the word doesn't even appear on the website in this regard. Indeed, according to one review the word "realistic" was removed after a complaint about teaching methods solely involving pad punching. Tell us, is the average student still only allowed to learn and practice in this way? Or are they now allowed to actually engage in actual bouts to put what they have 'learnt' into practice? Simply writing that so many students have defended themselves using these techniques is totally unverifiable, and you know it. Given what people already know/feel about this school, it's unsurprising that many disbelieve these bombastic statements. Also, I find it ludicrous that you claim specialist commandos blew their cover to all who were present at those 'record breaking events' seemingly to give JH another self-promoting photo opportunity. Raising money for charity (and then boasting about it as often as possible) is a marketing gimmick that has been used by companies for many years to promote their supposed 'ethical practices' and 'committment to the community', which, in turn, is a form of sinuous self-promotion/advertising. I simply don't accept (and many others may agree), have had such a poor experience at the school, that JH undertakes these actions out of the goodness of his heart. It's also odd that you alone in the vast majority of reviews I have read about this school claim that the school offers "high quality teaching and value for money". Neither grading expenses, nor the cost of specialist classes (e.g. defence against multiple assailants) were ever explained to me during the "personal introduction or free trial". Judging by the fact that JH even commented on student's complaints about fees for specialist classes, some would say that this was verging on false advertising. The only 'members pack' I received was a 'free' JH VHS and t-shirt (both of which JH arrogantly asked to be returned upon leaving). Consumer credit agreements WERE used and I still have mine as evidence.

Fantastic unbeatable service After trying to fit a new clutch pedal myself i lost all pressure in my clucth. i spoke to a machanic in my street and after about an hour he said that it was the master cylinder and quoted me for a new one plus fitting. i then spoke to steve at BROMLEY CAR REPAIRS, he said that he would take a look for me. Not only did he come out to me, but he fixed the problem within 15 miniuts and also checked out what i had done to make sure it was safe. I would just like to thank Steve and his guys at Bromely Car Repairs for such outstanding sevice and restoring my faith in mechanics.
