  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deliver a substandard product and are unresponsive to all emails and phone calls unless it involves billing you. If you are looking for a quality leather product and decent customer service shop elsewhere.

  Very poor customer service after purchasing on ebay. Item returned as the product was unuseable due to off putting smell. Still waiting for refund 5weeks later, proof of delivery sent, no further response to my emails.

  My partner and I have purchased quite a few things from Wested Leather and we are so pleased with the high quality, variety and service. The only downside is whenever I go in just to look I always buy because the things are so lovely.

  Yes i think that wested leather is a superb company, the quality of the products are extremely high. Also the staff are incredibly helpful and kind and in our opinion it is the best in the area.
