whilst still under warranty, had a problem with the SEAT I bought from W J King. I put the car in to have the problem dealt with. They refused to deal with it as a warranty issue. I wrote to them. They did not even contact me to clarify any details or make any form investigation. They just wrote back telling me I was wrong. I have not beenofferred the chance to speak with a mechanic. I am amazed that any modern company would be so little interested in hat their customers think that they would not even have a conversation with a client who has a problem. Perhaps others have had better experiences? It would be nice to know if this is how they deal with everyone or whether I have just been unlucky to come into contact with their more average members of staff.
