I have absolutely no idea why they have chosed this name! yes there are a few pictures of stars on the walls but nothing else!It really doesn't matter though, what you have here is a great cafe or if you prefer, greasy spoon! Decor is as you would expect but most definately not cheesy or tacky! The food is also as you would expect - fried and plentiful. Cheap too, a huge meal for two people will set you back less than a tenner which i think is really cheap. Their coffee is suprisingly good too!A definite must if you want a no frills slap up breakfast!

Now what do you expect of the Hollywood - perhaps a few iconic photos on the walls, a US diner theme? No, dont get your hopes up of a themed experience. However when we tried it out recently the full English was great. The Hollywood is a simple caff, with clean plastic tables and quick service. The breakfast was excellent value at just over £5 including tea. Real grilled tomatoes (I cant stand tinned tomatoes heated up with a fry.) mushrooms, yum - I want to go back! There is no local parking, unless you drop in to the nearby Tesco carpark.
