Poor customer service and hostile reception.

Stood in reception for 10 minutes with no staff around. When one finally turned up he could only manage a grunt. I would have gone elsewhere however I needed to get a tyre fitted the same day. I returned later in the day to have the tyre fitted. Was "welcomed" by the same, very rude, and hostile sales man from earlier. I asked him if all the tyres could be check whilst the car was on the ramp and I was watching to see if this was done (it wasn't). As I was waiting, another customer came in and was left standing around for for around 10 mins before being seen to. He nearly walked out and considering I was the only other customer at the time, they were hardly busy. Next time I'm going back to PTA Tyres on Sevenoaks road, Orpington. My dad has been using them for years and although they're not a corporately branded as other places, they offer a good service and have even carried out small tasks such as puncture repair free for my farther in the past.
