A job well done!!!!!

I have been through a string of bad heating engineers, and finally found one i can rely on!! The communitcation from the moment i enquired about my boiler breakdown, to the completion of the job was nothing but excellent. The engineers were on time, polite, and i was particulay impressed with the shoe covers. I must say, my friends and I strongly disagree with the bad review i have seen on this site :-(

Plumbers from Hell

Terrible company. They sent over an engineer who misdiagnosed the problem with my boiler, fitted parts which didn't fix the problem, quoted more than twice the list price for a part, �£1000+Fitting for a condensing unit! They got the PCB wet and broke the boiler and tried to pursue me for the invoice for this privilege. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned.
