I wasn't happy with my hair cut and had to go to another salon to re-do my hair! Not happy because they don't listen to client needs!

I went to the salon for a half a head highlights and told the colourist I wanted my hair a lot brighter but he put the foils in a rush and had no interest whatsoever how I wanted my hair . They didn't even have a heater to use on my hair . I think the worst thing was using a brush on my wet hair that hadn't even been combed and now I have very frizzy hair and split ends at the roots , I thought everyone knew that you don't use a brush on wet hair . I think toni and guy is a overpriced and rushed salon who doesn't care if you return to there salon or not.
