What planet are these people on?

Hugely disappointing after fond memories of the really decent, sophisticated yet value for money restaurant this was 3 or 4 years ago. The menu currently shown on their website was in no way reflected in reality. Bland food in tiny portions at very inflated prices.

On a downward slope

This used to be one of my favourite places to go in Petts Wood. They used to do a reasonably priced set menu, the waiting staff were cool and there used to be a great vibe about the place. My last visit there wasn't too great. We seemed to wait for ages before being served (waited at least 20 minutes before even getting a menu) and the food at best was mediocre. The desserts arrived an hour after we ordered them and the sponge pudding I had was unedible. How can you get a sponge pudding wrong?! The saving grace was the gracious wine sommelier who entertained us with his wine tales!
