Top school, top instructor.
The fastest growing Martial art, was even in MAI magazine this month, its great.. It is th most efffective form of self defence I have ever done.
I started CKD, after looking around at few martial arts, I done some research on the net, and was interested in learning more about CKD, from my fisrt lesson I could see how fluid the movements were, it's a brilliant form of exercise and defence for all ages.
Just what I needed.+++++++++++++++
I join the club with my 3 boys in July. We all love it and I feel more confident that when by boys are older they will be able to look after themselves on the street. Recommend to all.
The best thing I have ever done...
I looked around at several local schools, and when I hd my first lesson at Bromley CKD, I felt like I had been training there for years, all the students are friendly...what I feel I have benefited so far from CKD is confidence, self defence skills, healther. I just have so much more energy.
If your looking for a great fitness programe and not to get a broken nose or bruises or brain damage then choi kwang do is for you, I done kickboxing for five years, and was always covered in bruises and had bad back pain... I dont suffer now with CKD.
I really enjoy the yoga based stretching to warm up, also the lesson is great for fitness, I love the new me, all thanks to Bromley CKD The instructors are all friendly and a special Thanks to Head coach Steve and Assistant Instructor Jon.
