I've been attending two classes each week for the last two years and my fitness levels are now better than 20 years ago! I've found muscles I didn't know I possessed and my body is toned and fit, but over developed. Chris is a great motivator and will personalise her classes to suit all her clients abilities. Her classes are economical with no annual fees. It's good fun to make new friends at the classes and Chris offers an increasing variety of classes to suit everyone both young and old.
It will take you one class to realise that not only does Chris not know what she is teaching, but how to teach. One leaves feeling upbeat & happier, not least because of the laughs along the way!

CT's classes are the ones for you! Whether you are starting from scratch or you already do regular exercise, CT's classes are both good fun and testing. I have incorporated the circuit class on Monday evenings into my marathon training to improve both my fitness and strength. I also attend the Pilates class on Thursday evening to ensure my muscles stay supple but strong. Honestly, CT's classes would suit anyone! Come along and see for yourself!

I've been going to the classes for a couple of years. They are for all ages and I am completely comfortable with the exercises. I can now bend and run and keep up with the grandchildren. Thoroughly enjoy it and would recommend it to anyone.

Chris makes exercise fun and affordable! She is very down to earth, very funny and has a great deal of expertise and knowledge. She welcomes all levels to her classes - circuit training, legs, bums n tums, fitness pilates. I come away from her classes feeling great!!
