• Excellent efficient and friendly service

  Grove Autos and the insurance company worked perfectly together to handle my claim and my car was repaired to an excellent standard within such a short period of time I found it hard to believe you could still get such a quality of service. Such friendly and helpful staff I could not fault a thing. Thankyou to all at Grove Autos.

• calm and gentle

  After the shock of a nasty accident, the last thing one needs is more stress generated by insurance companies and garage owners alike, if it were not for a very unfortunate set of circumstances that brought " Grove Autos" and myself together i might say it has been a delight to meet them, proving that not all "garages" are the same. There customer service and attention to detail were simply excellent whilst keeping ones stress levels at bay.

• If Only All Garages Were This Way

  Used Grove because of an insurance claim. Couldn't believe how normal they were (i.e. human beings), how they let you know what was going on and seemed to want to help. Wish I'd found them about five years ago.

• Excellent Customer Service - Friendly

  With Respect to Sam Y's comments, I would also like to add my comments regarding Grove Auto's. I took my car to Grove Auto's and they carried out a repair analysis and within a week, the car was booked in for repair. It took them just over a week to repair the drivers door and sil beneath. They did call me and said the car was ready to be collected, however I couldn't pick it up due to work, and they suggested that they take the car to my home addresss for 9a.m, and true to their word they bought the car round. I inspected the repair, and it was top draw - excellent, highly recommended.

• Great Fast Repairs

  Had an accident in a carpark and insurance people lead me to Grove autos. Comparison with the last time I had to take a car for repairs. Last time, had to wait 5 weeks to book in, Grove autos, two weeks (with one being an xmas week). Last time repairs took three weeks, Grove Autos (with a lot more work) - less than a week. Last courtesy car was a Yaris, Grove Autos gave me a polo as requested. Last place I had to ring up every week for updates, Grove Autos rang with updates me every couple of days. All in all a very efficient experience.
