  A review should be a personal experience and so I will put mine, first off if you know anything about Muay Thai you will know this club, Michael and Steve are known as two of the best fighters NOW, my experience goes back to Epsom, I was welcomed by michael and trained and enjoyed it however I dont think my face fitted as I could never get a membership form from Mark and was told I couldnt spar without being a member even though I saw people that wore kickboxing trousers who I knew were new faces, I made sacrafices to train long roadtrip as I knew of their prowess in Muay Thai I left disappointed, I still root for Michael at all shows as his class both as fighter and person, I will also say unbeknown to me a pal visited the new gym and was treated rudely. In short if your face fits your Golden if not your get the message.

  I have been training for over 4 years now and during that time I have trained at some gyms that are considered the “best in Muay Thai” I have to say hand on heart that they don’t come close to the quality and professionalism that is displayed at Scorpions gym. From day one I was made very welcome and would recommend the gym to everyone. �£4.00 per hour to train with a world champ!! BARGAIN My training has come on leaps and bounds not to mention a 6 pack...... Jack D. Your comment below… I have never seen anyone break a bone or injured for that matter plus if you don’t want to spar you don’t have to…..

• AMAZING!!

  Stephen - Sounds to me as if you work for a local gym and are slightly jealous. those that use the Scorpion's gym would agree with me in saying that your comment couldnt be further from the truth. The knowledge that the three trainers have is uncomparable with any trainer that i have ever seen at a regular gym, having started going as a complete beginner i have progressed due to the trainers guidance and expertise. If your going to train, why not train with the best!

  I have trained at a few Thai boxing clubs before and the quality of training doesn't even come close to Scorpions (1st Class!)!. I have learnt more in the 6 months that I have trained with Mark, Stephen and Michael than I have in the whole 4 years I have been doing Thai Boxing!!!! Its a great club with great instructors, Me and my other half have been made to feel really welcome since joining and would definitely reccommend Scorpions to all people at alll levels who are interested in Thai Boxing as you will be catered for. Brilliant Club, Brilliant Facilities and Brilliant Instructors!!!! (Jack and Stephen H.....???????? One thing I will say is that idiots and arrogance isn't tollerated in the gym......did this apply to you??)

  well no one has ever broken a bone in our training sessions.!!! Stephen H you must have real personal issues. If you think �£8.00 for two hours training is expensive �£4.00 a hour to train in a really modern high street gym with three head instrutors one holding seven world tittles, you really have lost touch of reality. If anyone else comes and trys the gym out and dont think it is the most friendly gym you have been to tell me and i will refund your fees. Mark

• full contact makes no sense

  if you like broken bones and time off work due to full contact sparring than this is for you. If you are sensible like me .... STAY CLEAR !

• mauy thai

  I love watching mauy thai and its a great sport, I trained at keddles for a while, but I wanted to learn knife defence and street defence.
