We had leaded double glazed panels replaced. They had to temporary glaze first then make up the new panel so the lead matched and replace. All done in 2 weeks with courteous friendly staff. Very pleased with the result and the price. Thank you.

we were unfortunate to have our beloved pet die at this cattery of unknown reasons. Although he took her to the vet once deceased the cattery owner was not compassionate at all and indifferent to our loss. This cattery is run as a business not by animal lovers and though boasting of a high standard of care I dont believe that the cats have any attention apart from basic feeding and cleaning. My cats run had the flap removed to the outside area and it was freezing, I asked it to be replaced but dont know if this was, we left her there with no food down only water and he turned off the lights in the cattery as we walked out saying she would be fed later. I should have taken her with us but I trusted him to care for her. He took the wrong cat carrier to the vets with her and we have no idea where ours has gone and he doesnt know/care either. Please if you love your cat do not leave them here.
