Agree with alexandra O + Mrs H - one of the receptionists is particularly awful - no customer service skills at all. Had used the practice for about 10 years or so but really good staff started to leave and the practice itself seems more concerned with making money - when i last visited there was a notice saying appts were 10/15 mins any longer would incurr an extra charge. One or two vets there are excellent but again some of the other lovely vets have left - makes you wonder why. that said they have excellent facilities but we left because of the receptionist, the charges and the money orientated ethos. shame as we have two pets and our custom has gone elsewhere.
