Had an accident in a carpark and insurance people lead me to Grove autos. Comparison with the last time I had to take a car for repairs. Last time, had to wait 5 weeks to book in, Grove autos, two weeks (with one being an xmas week). Last time repairs took three weeks, Grove Autos (with a lot more work) - less than a week. Last courtesy car was a Yaris, Grove Autos gave me a polo as requested. Last place I had to ring up every week for updates, Grove Autos rang with updates me every couple of days. All in all a very efficient experience.
